We cordially invite you to join us in celebrating the premier of this historical documentary. In 1967, 26 hardcore unemployables from Pittsburgh's inner city were trained to become the first paramedics in the United States.
This will be a three-day event in the City of Pittsburgh. We are hoping to secure sponsors from the local community to assist with the cost of this momentous event
First day kick-off we are hoping to start the afternoon by honoring the Freedom House Members, by placing the Freedom House logo on the Pittsburgh Paramedic Units.
We are also hoping that a historical Marker (that has been promised for several years) be placed where the office's of Freedom House were based.
Later that evening would be the premier screening of the Documentary for the remaining Freedom House Members and their families, with invited distinguished guest from, The City, Universities and V.I.P. sponsors,
Day Two and Day Three we are planning a matinee of the Freedom House Documentary for church groups, local organizations and members of the community. Present will be former Freedom House Members and Producer Gene Starzenski to answer all questions from the public.
